Urlead offers major mailers, fax broadcasting, emailing, prospecting and telemarketing solutions. With Urlead you will constantly receive a steady supply of hot new leads. The leads are maintained on state of the art computer systems and updated daily. Unless otherwise agreed, all lists are rented for one approved use. The list renter understands and agrees that list information is the property of the list owner, that the list owner has the right to view

and approve or disapprove any offer and that the list owner has the right to seek appropriate legal remedies should any rented list be converted to any but the approved use.

In accordance with standard industry practice, Urlead requires prepayment in full of all list costs including shipping and

handling and any applicable taxes on all new list orders. All lists are prepaid no exception and no list will be sent out without clearing of funds. Expect a delivery date of one week after funds have cleared.
